These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.originblends.ae (the “Website”) and the purchase of products from Origin Blends.
Origin Blends is a trading name of KINDRED FZ-LLC, a company incorporated and registered in the United Arab Emirates.
Throughout this Website and in these Terms, “Origin Blends”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to KINDRED FZ-LLC.
By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Product Disclaimer, and Returns & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products
All products sold by Origin Blends are cosmetic products intended for external use only.
Product descriptions, ingredients, and usage guidance are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment issues
- Product unavailability
Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or prepared for dispatch. Once fulfilment has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 561 200 911 with their order details. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the order not having entered fulfilment.
If an order is successfully cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on Stripe and the customer’s bank.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address/phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Failure to respond to courier communication additional delivery charges may apply.
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier.
7. Product Storage & Care
Our products are made using natural ingredients and may be sensitive to heat and environmental conditions.
Customers are responsible for:
- Storing products in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight
- Avoiding exposure to high temperatures
We are not responsible for changes in texture, consistency, or performance caused by improper storage or environmental exposure.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which must be reviewed prior to purchase.
9. Product Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing ingredient lists
- Conducting a patch test prior to full use
- Using products as directed
We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from:
- Failure to perform a patch test
- Misuse or improper application
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KINDRED FZ-LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business
- Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities
- Improper storage, handling, or use of products
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this Website, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent activity
- Interfering with Website functionality
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is suspected.
12. Intellectual Property
All Website content including branding, images, text, product names, and materials are the property of KINDRED FZ-LLC.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
