Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM may be delivered within 1–2 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
Delivery is charged at AED 25.
Orders with a total value of AED 200 or more qualify for free delivery.
Orders are delivered using temperature-controlled vans to help preserve product quality during transit.
5. Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Failure to respond to courier communication
additional delivery attempts may be subject to extra charges.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
Courier delays
Traffic or access issues
Public holidays
High order volumes
7. Risk and Responsibility
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
