Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To submit a claim, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 561 200 911 and provide:
Your full name
Order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging (where applicable)
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being declined.
3. Resolution
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer:
A replacement product, or
A refund to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
4. Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Opened or used products
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Improper storage or handling
Failure to follow product instructions
Allergic reactions where patch testing was not performed
